Arsenal shame Real Madrid in their own back garden

I've always had a soft spot for Arsenal. You must understand I could never support them but I've always enjoyed watching them and admired how they went about doing business. This probably explains my interest in the North London team.

I predicted yesterday that if Henry turned up they could win and he did and they did.

David Beckham and company should be quite embarrassed today and I now fancy Arsenal to proceed to the semis - hopefully with at least one other English club but I'm hoping for all three.

I had a fiver at 11/2 on Arsenal and fiver at 1-0 Arsenal at 14/1 - I'm a happy bunny this morning and intend buying a few beers with my winnings on Friday night.
