Ulises De la Cruz

David O'Leary may have said that nobody is leaving during the transfer window but we are hearing rumours that De la Cruz is about to join up with Alex McLeish at Rangers.

Just like Hendrie's agent has spoken with Portsmouth it is believed a representative for Ulises De la Cruz has visited Scotland to talk to the Glasgow club.

De la Cruz was brought to Villa Park by Graham Taylor for ?1.5mn. in July 2002 and has played 95 times for Aston Villa. Taylor purchased the player from Hibernian who coincidentally were managed by current Rangers manager McLeish when De la Cruz first arrived in Scotland.

Obviously we've got to take speculation with a pinch of salt and if O'Leary has said nobody is leaving then nobody is leaving.
