Jose Mourinho has told Shaun Wright-Phillips he has to stay at Chelsea despite the player wanting first team action to prove himself to England head of selectors David Beckham.

He won't get the chance and even if he had scored a goal a game between now and June Becks isn't likely to pick the 4 foot winger ahead of himself - even if it would be best for the country.

Beckham sees this as his opportunity for a Knighthood and he's not going to let anyone else have it.

Naturally, Chelsea should let him go somewhere or atleast play the lad. They've won the Premiership without him so why not let somebody else benefit?
