Is Robert Earnshaw wanting Villa move?

West Brom have today rejected a second transfer request from Welsh striker Rob Earnshaw and we've had a few emails in suggesting that the player is happy in the Midlands, hopes that he can stay in the City and that a local team is said to be very interested in making an offer for the player now that he has signalled his intention to leave.

Earnshaw has a career total of 262 appearances and 125 goals - if he could reproduce anything close to that for his next club he's certainly worth a punt.

He scored 18 last season in a team who narrowly missed relegation - I'm pretty confident he'd score a few for Villa given the chance.

What do you reckon on Rob Earnshaw coming to Villa Park? Email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .
