Milner in January?

According to the Daily Star this morning David O'Leary is considering a 'cheeky ?1m bid' to take on loan winger James Milner permanently to Villa Park.
There is no doubting Milner's potential and at times this season he has been outstanding but on that evidence will Newcastle be willing to let him go?
