Fergie bans Queiroz will O'Leary follow?

According to The Sun today Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has banned assistant Carlos Queiroz from giving out orders to his players during matches.
We can only assume this decision is been made because Sir Alex knows his message is lost when shouted through someone else.
Would be interesting now to see if David O'Leary follows suit and asks assistant Roy Aitken to do the same as it's clear it's not working at Villa Park.
