Fabio Capello has announced his intentions to manage in the Premiership. O'Leary is under pressure at Villa and could find himself out of the door by the end of November.

The Juventus manager has said "I would very much like to coach in England. The Premiership fascinates me."

He also said he would not want to manage Italy or another nation, prefering "the day-to-day work with a club team."

With O'Leary predicted to be the first casualty of the season and former Champions of Europe, Capello could see the club as an ideal stepping stone from Seria A to the Premiership.
