Villa's Reserves continued their good start to the season at Haig Avenue, Stockport, by beating a young Everton side.
Stand-in striker Sam Williams' second half double was enough to give Villa all the points.
Villa started particularly slowly, with Everton forcing saves from Olejnik four times in the opening twenty minutes.
Villa had a couple of efforts, courtesy of Paul and Williams, but it was Everton that were pressing for the opening goal.
After a busy first half, Olejnik must've been hoping for a second half and despite an early opening from Everton, he certainlt got one as Villa took control.
It took just three minutes of the restart for Sam Williams to open the scoring, slotting in from Hendrie's cross.
Villa had many chances in the following nine minutes, before Williams scored again. Kabeya put a nice chip into the box which Williams headed past goalkeeper Turner.
Kabeya had a good chance and Downes nearly got one back for Everton, but it was Williams that came closest, just missing out on his hat-trick.
Everton had a couple of efforts with 11 minutes to go, but Olejnik kept his concentration despite being fairly quiet for large periods of the half.
