18-year-old England u-19 international striker Shane Paul is hot property at the moment, after it was revealed he could leave Villa Park on loan.
Currently sixth in the striker pecking order, Paul has been on good form for the Reserves and O'Leary would be keen to see another promising attacker get some first team experience.
Barnsley and Blackpool have been alerted to Paul's availability and could swoop this week.
