This Friday at 7pm the Aston Villa Academy team play the first leg of the FA Youth Cup semi final at Stamford Bridge and I think it's worth a mention.
It was commented on yesterday by someone but wouldn't it be fantastic if a few Aston Villa fans turned up - especially when you consider that the ticket price is free and you can then have a night out in London.
The second leg of the semi final is on March 19th and I have no doubt that the club will offer free entry, much like Chelsea have, and they'll be a few more people in attendance - but Friday is also just as important.
If you know a Villa fan in London then email him about this - there are a few of you and I seem to remember there is a supporters club but if you've got a spare few quid, fancy a night in London with a few beers and can take a half day off work, you can get a train at 2.30pm from New Street and be in London by 4pm.
They may just be kids, but to steal a line, the children are our future and they are wearing the claret and blue. If you're in London you should be going. I would if I could and I know there is already a few going so it could be a good night.
