The International Punt: Second choice Steve to come good
Written by Damian

The wife is actually okay with the betting now she knows it's for free, what she doesn't know is the sponsors didn't pay for this one. Still, what she doesn't know and all that, won't bother her.

I'm betting on quite a few games tomorrow and the thing is with internationals the big favourites are probably going to win, so you can't just bet on those because you'd need to bet on them all to get a decent enough return.

That advice was given to me by a seasoned gambler. He lives on the corner of Tottenham Court Road and New Oxford Street, literally. I'm not so sure I should be listening to his advice which is why I've done pretty much exactly the opposite.

I've bet on England, Russia, Sweden, Turkey, Holland, Norway, Spain and Germany. £10 would, if they all won, pay me £136.10 and put me clear of losses for the season.

I've also had a cheeky bet on Liverpool to win the Champions League at 13/1. More on that later in the season, but it will be added to the image to the right.

I don't expect them to win and if I'm honest it's only England and Sweden that really worry me. If they do, I'll be having a drink, if not I'll console myself with the fact the Premier League is only a week away.

i follow it, but dont really get too involved with the england matches. mainly because the manager is bloody useless

5€ on Villa to beat Liverpool LOST 5€
5€ Moore 1st goal against Fulham LOST 5€
5€ bet in play Villa to beat Fulham at 1-0 down WON 36€
5€ Barry to score in 90mins against Chelsea LOST 5€
5€ Knight to score in 90 minutes against Chelsea WON 85€
5€ Villa to beat Chelsea WON 25€

So far 131€ up

plus gonna have a few quid on barry to score if he starts 6/1

However my main prediction is embarrasment for me tommorrow night when none of them come in and i look like a gobsh**e

Just realised 'cos i use a local bookie in spain those prices don't match exact with any particular company in uk but shop around and you'll at least match them, if not better them.
