Today's another day of the transfer window and the rumours don't relent.

Apparantly we're the main club who is likely to sign Romanian playmaker Nicolae Dica. Dan Petrescu thinks Dica is right for us and the clever people at Sky Sports have put 2 and 2 together and come up with something that they think is 4. Read it yourself but don't forget the salt.

The Daily Mail reckon it's us and Spurs that have had £5m bids rejected for Watford's Ashley Young. I saw him last year and he looked good in the Championship, but so did Gary Cahill and he cost us a point at Spurs (for the record I'm a big Cahill fan).

There's also Phil Bardsley, who's stalling over a move to Sunderland. Some sources have suggested he's in talks with a Premiership club but we'll find out if he is in due course.

SWP has been linked for ages and we must sign him. I think if he had the chance to play for O'Neill he'd take it. Let's make sure we give him the chance as Mourinho doesn't seem too keen or impressed. He might've been an Abramovich signing.

I've heard that Baros is off to Real Sociedad, but he's constantly linked to Spain and Timbuktu so I'll believe it when I see it.

So tht's a round up of today's rumours. A bit more than usual and something to keep you exciting until we make a signing. I'm sure there'll be a few this month and we've only got to wait until February 1st for the rumours to stop.

Dica is a very good player, plenty of goals from him if he goes to you. Much better than Mutu in his prime. I think you should sign Wright Phillips and Dica and Keane - that would make one of the best attacking sides in the prem especially with that Fast player you have who I forget, he is very good..

Taking into consideration the fact that the defense and goalkeeping of some of the teams he was playing against were crap, he seems to be strong on both feet and has a real poachers instinct.
