Rumour Tuesday: Darren Bent and Matt Murray

I'm still not happy about last night but it's nice to see that Martin O'Neill is pretty much saying what we were saying about two points lost. Still, he's 17 games into his first season, still a lot of games to go before it is all working how it should be.
Anyway, to the rumours. Darren Bent is wanted by Newcastle, Portsmouth and you guessed it, ourselves. No real surprise that we're linked but it's all just rumour.
Last rumour of the morning is Matt Murray of Wolves. Apparently he's a goalkeeper and apparently Aston Villa are interested.

The rumour about Murray has been going for a while. We are ment to have already agreed a fee of 2.5M with Jimmy Walker (Ex Walsall) replacing him at Wolves. Thing is Murray has just signed a new 3 year deal so it would be even more of a suprise to me now.
I know it's a rumour and highly unlikely.
Bent in the Claret & Blue would be a great fit.
There are so many rumours going round that we will probably end with no one or someone that is least expected such is Martin O'Neill :)
I have been on about Bent since the start of the season, i think we would have been atleast 3 points better off with him in our team so far!
we need wingers on either flank.thats the priority.
