I've never heard of him. Apparently he used to play for Watford in the Premiership and has a decent left foot.
Looks too much like Lee Hendrie for my liking and he's 24 years old. More information is available at the most excellent Wikipedia but it's probably not worth even looking as this came from the Daily Mirror so it's probably not true.
For a young lad he's had a bit of experience. He's played at Aylesbury, Watford, York and QPR. We are only linked with this player because of lazy journalism, I wouldn't think about it too much and if it happened I'll eat a raw steak and put it on YouTube.
I'm thinking about not even publishing all these rumours to the front page and we'll just create a latest rumour box on the front page right hand side so forgive us if we don't bother anymore but it is becoming a little tedious.

Lee is a FANTASTIC player, fast, skilful on the ball, exciting, entertaining, superb crosser of the ball, great finishing. He could walk into 80 percent of Premiership first teams tomorrow. Just because you're not aware of him, doesn't mean it isn't so... I just hope the AV board think the same way as you do - we need to hang on to one (probably the best) of only about truly quality players we have!
2Loftus
On his day a fantastic, dangerous player with the ball at his feet. Left Watford in accrimonious circumstances to join the club he supports. "Walk into 80% of Premiership teams"? - He wouldn't walk into Watford's right now. He has the potential, but lacked consistency at Vicarage Road.
Lee Cook is a dangerous winger who can beat his man and whip in lovely crosses. Watch any QPR game and you'll see he sets up practically all their goals- it's just ashame he was so inconsistent at Watford that we weren't that bothered to see him go. Has improved greatly now though and deserves a chance in the Premiership not a struggling Championship side, to see just how good he is. Along with Carlos Edwards he is currently the best and most consistent wide player in the Championship, and, whilst it wouldn't be at all popular amongst many fans, I would love Boothroyd to take a gamble on both players in January!
why do you come on here? is it because you've got nothing better to do and it's the day after you picked up your cheque and have to stay in because you spent it all on the pub fruit machine?
Never played in the Premiership with Watford - broke through a couple of years after we were relegated. Good player but a bit of a lazy arrogant c**t.
Lee Cook is QPR's best player by a country mile. He has always had an enormous amount of talent, is an out and out winger, can beat people for fun, has a great left foot, can cross the ball brilliantly, is a great passer of the ball and is very good at set pieces. On his day he is definitely premiership standard.
In the past he has tended to be somewhat mercurial, man of the match one day and totally invisible the next. I would guess that he is also a confidence player and as such will almost certainly take a while to adjust to the Premiership - don't expect him to take it by storm.
Having said all of that, this season he has been OUTSTANDING - setting up literally 90% of all of our goals and terrorising every defence he has played against, including West Brom, Birmingham and high flying Burnley.
I would say worth a gamble (you'll probably get him for cheap as well given our financial situation), but I reckon more of an investment for next season or the season after than the answer to all of your problems straight away.
im a QPR fan and i think he is a very good player going forward and he can cross the ball with both feet and i hope he stays with the super hoops
come on urrrrrrrrrrrrrsssssssssssssssss
but is he better than james milner??!! if not so y not buy milner as it looks highly lickly anyway rather than takin a huge camble on sum1 from qpr.
cooky is a class act i think he can defo play in the prem but i've seen that the qpr chairman has put a 10mil price tag on cook's head , i would say lee cook the best player not only at qpr but in the championship class winger villa qould be a great club for him 2 go 2 this season he has stood out to every players by a mile he does'nt get big press like ashley young ,cameron jerome, david nugent b'cuz he's at qpr but hes better then them by a long shot ashley young no way near as good a winger as cooky , cook to stay
Is it me or does he bear a resemblance to our very own Lee Hendrie ??????
he's class
hi i am a life long superhoops fan and i think if aston villa want him he is worth 30 million but if he does go i would be happy that he is playing in the premiship for a team up and rising c 'mon u superhoops
Hey i've supported chelsea sinse i was 4 and now that chelsea are winning too much i've decided qpr should be my second team about 3 years ago. When I first saw Lee Cook play at loftus road, I was stunned by his skill and his abillity to get past players. He is so lively with the ball and is never afarid to take on a player. In my eyes he's worth 5 million. Well good luck this year with aston villa but dont forget I'm still a chelsea fan at heart.
lee cook is the best player in the championship by far its just that he plays for a struggling team that he dosnt get reconised he can play for any premership team.he should have won player of the championship he is ten times better than koumas.
super hoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooops
lee cook is far the best player in the championship and if i had him i wouldnt sell him unless they but abid of 20 mil
Lee cook is the best left sided midfielder in England and is easily worth 15 million. I would be sad to see him go but if it gets him in to the premiership i wouldnt mind. He should defenitly play for England!!!!! :P
hi i am a queens park rangers surporter have been since i can remember and if qpr were to sell lee cook i would kill myself thats how much the player means to the club and its fans. it would be like chelsea to lose terry and lampard, liverpool to lose gerrard and utd to lose well everyone. cook is englands answer to the left side. everyone i have spoken to about lee cook has said he is the by far the best player in the championship and could fit well in any prem team. but his not his a superhoop and thats the way to stay. comon u rsssssssss
