Rumour has it that Derby have put a bid in for Luke ahead of the transfer window, also heard (may sound like a cliche but from a source very close to home) that Portsmouth have either already made or are going to make an offer of their own.
For the record, I think Martin O'Neill would take Luke's game that step further than Dario Gradi can and I reckon you'd be looking at a potential star if he learns from someone like O'Neill.
