It's rumour time and there's nothing better than linking a poor club with a poor defensive record to a free agent defender.
According to the Birmingham Mail, Deportivo La Caruna defender Cesar Martin is the man.
Injured for a big part of the season, he'd certainly fit the bill with some of our other injury specialists...
Bolton and Fulham have also been linked to the form Spanish international and his agent is in London this week to hold talks with a number of parties.
Whether David O'Leary is one of them is still to be seen.
