It's not about sacking O'Leary, Aston Villa need a new manager first

I say it's not about sacking O'Leary because Doug won't do that until he has somebody else lined up. Doug Ellis has to find a new manager first and Sky Sports have done a great job of putting Claudio Ranieri in the Aston Villa rumour mill.

Would you want Ranieri as manager? I think I would, at least I'd like him to be given a chance. He can't do any worse than O'Leary who has brought in the players and spent the money only to fail.

I have no doubt that a manager like Ranieri could get more out of the players and develop the team as a whole and as the man says, he has something to prove.

Would you want Ranieri over O'Leary? Answer the quick question to the right.
