Downing... average Wheater Upson Owen Hargreaves Crouch?... barely played recently really not sure on a 7th!... I really hope Gabby gets his chance. He's been poor for us for a while now but he's got goals in him. Think he may do better in an England shirt. We're not too creative though the middle, everything is either long ball getting knocked down by Carew, or balls from the wing. I just think he'd benefit from a better service. Also, Young has to play. Bentley is over-rated and too slow for the wing and Wright-philips can't deliver a final ball. For me you have to start with Joe Cole and Young. Young can put in a quality ball from either wing and set pieces. I honestly believe he should be one of the first names on the England team sheet.
