Randy CEO ?

IanB how do you know what skills Randy Lerner has?

To date his tenure at Villa has been assured.

The only time we will find out what he is made of is when things are not running so smoothly.

The Fitzgerald departure is the only blot so far and I doubt we will ever hear the reason.

I for one make no assumptions about Mr Lerner other than to observe he has made a very good start. - passport1

Never was a CEO - you need a helluva lot more than marketing skills for that job. Randy has those skills. - IanB

the general said on villa talk that randy was being the CEO, and that it was a non issue, as he managed to CEO the browns from NY so could do the same with villa. Reading between the lines, Fitzgerald left as he was being marginalised by Randy assuming CEO role? - nr

if he left because villa lacked ambition or wouldnt let him get on with his job then he would have said something by now, but because we dont kno why he left then i think that he wasnt doing a good enough job. - mickey86

A replacment should be made soon i would imagine considering it has took a while to replace him

Ok a question from me you will either see this as stupid or you will agree with me

Is sky sports wrecking football ? I ask this because if you look at how many games are on a staurday comperd to 10 years ago you will see a big big diffrence. For me there is only one place to blame and thats sky sports because they choose most of the dates for games so they can show it on sky sports.

Im sick to death with us not haveing many games now on a saturday i would even start a petition if i new it would work. - Villa_Rules
